Isaiah, 35

2. let it burst into flower, let it rejoice and sing for joy. The glory of Lebanon is bestowed on it, the splendour of Carmel and Sharon; then they will see the glory of Yahweh, the splendour of our God.

This verse talks about how Jesus came to heal the sick and free the oppressed, as described in Isaiah 35.

Matthew 11:5: "The blind see, and the lames walk; lepers are clean, and the deaf hear; the dead are resurrected, and the poor are announced the gospel."
