Psalms, 88

Psalm 88 is a sorry psalm, in which the psalmist expresses his anguish and despair before God. He calls for help and salvation, but feels as if God has abandoned him. The following verses address similar themes of suffering and anguish, as well as the search for the help and presence of God.
Isaiah 41:10: "Do not fear, because I am with you; do not haunt yourself, because I am your God; I strengthen you, and help you, and I support you with my faithful right hand." This verse talks about the presence of God and its power to help and strengthen those who trust in Him. This can bring comfort to those who are going through difficult times, such as the psalmist in Psalm 88.
Psalm 34:18: "Near the Lord of those who have a broken heart and save the contrite of spirit." This verse talks about how God is close to those who are suffering and have a broken heart. He is able to bring salvation and comfort to those who call for help, such as the psalmist in Psalm 88.
2 Corinthians 1:3-4: "Blessed be the God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Mercies, and the God of all consolation, who comforts us in all our tribulation, so that we may also comfort those who are also In some tribulation, with the consolation with which we ourselves are comforted by God. " This verse talks about how God can use tribulation and suffering to teach us to comfort and help others who are experiencing similar difficulties. Psalm Psalm 88 can find comfort to know that your suffering experience can be used to help others in the future.
Psalm 42:5: "Why are you slaughtered, O my soul? And why are you disturbed within me? Wait in God, for I will still praise you for the salvation in your presence." This verse encourages the psalmist to trust God and wait for his salvation. He may find comfort to know that God is still able to save him, despite his current situation.
Romans 8:38-39: "For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, principalists, nor future things, nor potestes, height, nor depth, nor any other creature It can separate us from the love of God, who is in Christ Jesus our Lord. " This verse talks about the certainty of God's love and how nothing can separate us. This can bring comfort and hope to those who are suffering, knowing that God still loves them and is with them, even in the midst of pain and suffering.
