Leviticus, 7

Leviticus 7 addresses the laws regarding the sacrifices of peace and how the meat of these animals should be consumed. Following are five verses related to the topics addressed in this chapter, in order of proximity to the issues dealt with:
Deuteronomy 12:20-21: "When the Lord, your God, expand your territory, as you promised you, and you said, I will eat flesh, because I have a desire for flesh, according to your desire, you can eat flesh, according to Your soul desire. "

These verses deal with topics related to meat consumption and its origin, as well as the freedom Christians have about it. While Deuteronomy 12:20-21 deals with God's permission to eat flesh within their own doors, Acts 15:29 instructs Christians to abstain from suffocated flesh and offered to idols. 1 Corinthians 10:25-26 and 1 Timothy 4:3-5 indicate that every creature of God is good for consumption and that God's Word and prayer can sanctify food.
