Leviticus, 5

13. And the priest shall make an atonement for him as touching his sin that he hath sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him: and [the remnant] shall be the priest's, as a meat offering.

Ezekiel 18:21-22: "If the wicked convert from all his sins he has committed, and keep all my statutes, and proceed with righteousness and justice, he will certainly live; he will not die. against him; for the justice he practiced, he will live.
