Jeremiah, 3

6. The LORD said also unto me in the days of Josiah the king, Hast thou seen [that] which backsliding Israel hath done? she is gone up upon every high mountain and under every green tree, and there hath played the harlot.

Hosea 14:1: "Return, O Israel, to the Lord, His God. His sins made them stumble." Here, again, we see the exhortation for Israel to return to the Lord and abandon sin.

Joel 2:13: "Rise your heart and not dress. Go back to the Lord, your God, for He is merciful and compassionate, very patient and full of love; repent, he does not send the misfortune." This verse emphasizes the need for sincere repentance of the heart and confidence in God's mercy.

Deuteronomy 30:2: "Then if they turn to the Lord, His God, and obey with all their hearts and all their souls, according to all that I command them today, the Lord, His God, will bless them." This verse shows that God's blessing comes to those who repent and obey Him with all their hearts.
