23. And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel.

Joshua chapter 6 describes the fall of the walls of Jericho, one of the most famous biblical stories of conquest. On the seventh day, after seven turns around the city, the people of Israel released a great cry, and the walls fell miraculously. Hebrews 11:30: "By faith, the walls of Jericho fell, being surrounded for seven days by the armies." This verse is part of the chapter of faith in Hebrews, which highlights examples of men and women who lived by faith.
