Jeremiah, 33

22. Like the host of heaven which cannot be numbered, and the sands of the sea which cannot be counted, I will multiply the descendants of my servant David and the Levites who minister to me.

Isaiah 40:31 "But those who await the Lord renew their strength. They fly loudly as eagles; run and do not exhausted, walk and do not get tired." Joel 2:25 "I will compensate them for the years when the harvests were destroyed by the grasshoppers, the worms and the caterpillars, my great army I sent against you."
