Ezekiel, 27

11. The men of Arvad and Helech were upon your walls round about, and men of Gamad were in your towers; they hung their shields upon your walls round about; they made perfect your beauty.

Ezekiel 27 describes the city of Tire and its greatness, but also predicts its fall. Isaiah 23:8 - "Who decreed this about Tire, who distributed crowns whose traders were princes and whose traders were the noblest on earth?" This verse describes the wealth and position of shooting as an important shopping center.
