Ecclesiasticus, 2

30. Do not exalt yourself lest you fall, and thus bring dishonor upon yourself. The Lord will reveal your secrets and cast you down in the midst of the congregation, because you did not come in the fear of the Lord, and your heart was full of deceit.

Romans 5:3-4: "And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, experience; and experience, hope." This verse highlights how tribulations and difficulties can help strengthen the faith and perseverance of Christians.

James 1:2-4: "My brothers, tend for all the joy of passing through various trials, knowing that the trial of your faith, once confirmed, produces perseverance. Galatians 6:9: "And let us not get tired of doing good, because in time we will reap, if we do not faint." This verse encourages Christians to continue to do good, even when they face difficulties and trials, reminding them that they will be rewarded at the right time.
