In Acts of Apostles 9, Saul de Tarsus's conversion is narrated, which would become the apostle Paul. In the chapter, he is described as Saul, who was known to persecute Christians, had a meeting with Jesus on the way to Damascus, and from there began to preach the gospel. The verses related to the topics covered in Acts 9 are:
Romans 8:28: "And we know that all things cooperate for the good of those who love God, those who are called according to their purpose." This verse can be related to the conversion of Saul, who was a persecutor of Christians, but became a great apostle and propagator of the message of Jesus.
Ephesians 2:8-9: "For by grace you are saved, through faith; and this does not come from you, it is the gift of God; not from works, so that no one can glornize." Saul's conversion is a clear example of God's grace, which has chosen and transformed him, regardless of his own works.
Galatians 2:20: "I am already crucified with Christ; and I live, no longer I, but Christ lives in me; and the life that now I live in the flesh, I live it by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and if He handed himself over to me. " This verse can be related to the transformation that occurred in Saul's life, which left behind his previous life and began to live by faith in Jesus.
Philippians 3:7-8: "But what was profit for me, this I considered loss because of Christ. Yes, in fact, I consider everything as loss, because of the sublimity of the knowledge of Christ Jesus, my Lord; for the love of Which I lost all things and I consider them as I refuse, to win Christ. " Saul's story clearly shows how he abandoned his privileged position in Jewish society and considered everything as a loss because of Christ.
Colossians 1:24: "Now I rejoice in the midst of my sufferings for you and I fulfill in my flesh what remains of the afflictions of Christ, because of his body, which is the Church." Paul was an apostle who suffered a lot in his life, but never failed to rejoice in the Lord and to devote himself to the spread of the Gospel.
