Acts, 24

1. Five days later the high priest Ananias came down with some of the elders and an advocate named Tertullus, and they laid information against Paul before the governor.

Acts of the Apostles 24 narrates Paul's defense before the governor Félix in Caesarea after being accused by the Jews. Paul makes his defense, affirming his innocence and explaining that he believes in the resurrection of the dead.
