Numbers, 18

7. Therefore thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priest's office for every thing of the altar, and within the vail; and ye shall serve: I have given your priest's office [unto you] as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

Chapter 18 of numbers is dedicated to Levi's tribe and his role as tabernacle priests. The following verses are related to the topics dealt with in chapter:

Exodus 29:9: "And you thou bear the belt of pure gold, and you will give the diadem of holiness in your head." This verse describes the preparation of priests for the tabernacle service, including the garment and the diadem they should wear.
