Isaiah, 40

14. With whom took he counsel, and [who] instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?

Isaiah 40 is a chapter that talks about God's consolation to his people. He begins with someone's voice crying out in the desert preparing the way to the Lord and ends with a promise that those who wait in the Lord will renew their strength. Isaiah 41:10 - "Do not fear, because I am with you, do not haunt yourself, because I am your God; I strengthen you, and help you, and I support you with my faithful right hand." This verse talks about God's constant presence with his people, offering them strengthening and support.
