Exodus, 40

29. And he put the altar of burnt offering [by] the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.

Versi relativi a Exodus, 40:

Exodus 40 tells the conclusion of the construction of the tabernacle, followed by its assembly and consecration. Moses follows the instructions given by God and assembles the tabernacle just as he was ordered to him, and the glory of the Lord fills the sacred space. Below are five verses related to the topics addressed in Exodus 40:

Numbers 9:15-16: "On the day the tabernacle was erected, the cloud covered it, that is, the testimony tent; and from the afternoon to the morning, there was upon the tabernacle as a fire appearance. So it happened regularly: the cloud covers the day, and at night there seemed to be fire. " This verse reports the constant presence of God's glory in the tabernacle, which is a central theme of Exodus 40.

Leviticus 8:10-11: "Then Moses took the oil from the anointing and anointed the tabernacle and all that was in him, consecrating them. With seven times anointing he sprinkled the altar and anointed the altar and all his utensils and the Basin with its base, consecrating them.
