Revelation, 15

2. And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that had overcome the beast, and his image, and the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God:

Versi relativi a Revelation, 15:

Revelation 15 deals with John's vision of the spill of the last seven pests, which are sent by God to punish the wicked and to prepare the way for the return of Christ. Following are five verses related to the topics addressed in Revelation 15:

Psalm 2:5: "Then you will speak to you in your wrath, and in your furor you will turbate them" This verse talks about the wrath of God that will be poured out over the wicked, an idea that is resumed in Revelation 15.

Isaiah 51:17: "Awaken, awake, get up, O Jerusalem, that you had drank from the hand of the Lord the chalice of your furor; you drank, and you have drained the chalice of stunning to the feces." This verse talks about the chalice of God's wrath, which is mentioned in Revelation 15:7.

Exodus 15:1: "Then Moses sang and the children of Israel this song to the Lord, and spoke, saying, I will sing to the Lord, because he was extolled; he threw his horse into the sea and his knight." This verse talks about a song of victory that is sung after the destruction of God's enemies. In Revelation 15:3, John sees the winners about the beast singing a similar song.

Isaiah 6:4: "And the umbra of the doors moved to the voice of what cried, and the house filled with smoke." This verse talks about a vision of Isaiah of the glory of God. In Revelation 15:8, John sees the temple full of the glory of God.

Matthew. This verse talks about the return of Christ and the meeting of his chosen ones. This theme is relevant to Revelation 15, as the pests that are spilled are part of the process that leads to the return of Christ.
