Leviticus, 16

27. But the calf and the buck goat, that were sacrificed for sin, and whose blood was carried into the sanctuary, to accomplish the atonement, they shall carry forth without the camp, e and shall burn with fire, their skins and their flesh, and their dung:

Leviticus chapter 16 deals with the atonement day ceremony, in which the high priest made a series of offerings and purifications to atone for the sins of the people of Israel. The selected verses are:

Exodus 30:10: "And once a year, Aaron will do atonement on the ends of the altar; with the blood of the sin of atonement sin, he will do atonement over him once a year for all your generations.
