Genesis, 17

7. And I will establish a covenant, an everlasting covenant between myself and you and your descendants after you; from now on I will be your God and the God of your descendants after you, for generations to come.

Genesis 17 is a chapter that describes God making an alliance with Abram, changing his name to Abraham and instituting circumcision as a sign of this covenant.
