2 Chronicles, 18

14. When he came to the king, the king asked him, "Micaiah, should we go to attack Ramoth-gilead, or should I refrain?" He answered, "Go and you will succeed. They will be delivered into your power."

2 Chronicles 18 tells the story of King Jehoshaphat of Judah, who unites in an alliance with King Ahab de Israel to fight the Syrians. Before the battle, he appoints his prophets who give him a favorable answer, but Jehoshaphat asks a prophet of God to be consulted and Micaiah is brought to give his opinion.
