Luke, 8

39. “Return to your house and explain to them what great things God has done for you.” And he traveled through the entire city, preaching about the great things that Jesus had done for him.

Chapter 8 of the Gospel of Luke presents several parables and teachings of Jesus, including the well -known parable of the sower and the history of the cure of the woman who suffered from bleeding twelve years ago. Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not have anxious for anything; before, in everything, your known requests before God for prayer and supplication with thanksgiving; and the peace of God, which exceeds all understanding, will keep them your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. " This verse speaks of the importance of trusting God in times of anxiety and seeking His peace through prayer and gratitude.
