Jeremiah, 49

22. Behold, he will ascend like an eagle and will fly. And he will spread his wings over Bozrah. And in that day, the heart of the strong ones of Idumea will be like the heart of a woman giving birth.”

Chapter 49 of the book of Jeremiah brings a series of judgment prophecies against various neighboring nations of Israel, including Edom, Ammon, Moab and Babylon. The verses related to these themes are:

Isaiah 21:9: "Behold, a man comes in a car with a pair of horses. He calls them and says, 'Fell, Babylon fell; all the images of their gods were broken on the floor.'" This verse talks about Fall of Babylon, one of the nations that receives a judgment prophecy in Jeremiah 49.
