4. Now Jonathan, the son of Saul, had a son with disabled feet. For he was five years old when the report about Saul and Jonathan arrived from Jezreel. And so, his nurse, taking him up, fled. Proverbs 24:17: "Do not be happy when your enemy falls; your heart is not rejoiced when he stumbles." This verse warns against joy at the misfortune of others and highlights the importance of empathy, even in relation to enemies.
