Chapter 20 of Matthew presents the parable of workers in the vineyard, in which Jesus teaches about the righteousness and generosity of God, which does not make the sense of people. Also reported in this chapter is the request made by the mother of James and John to be placed in prominent positions in the kingdom of heaven.
