Ezekiel, 37

26. I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will bless them and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.

John 11:25: "Jesus said unto him, I am the resurrection and life. He who believes in me, even though he dies, shall live." This verse talks about Jesus' promise to give eternal life to those who believe in Him, reinforcing the idea that God can bring life even to dry and dead bones.
