Ephesians, 2

14. For he is the peace between us, and has made the two into one entity and broken down the barrier which used to keep them apart, by destroying in his own person the hostility,

Ephesians 2 talks about salvation by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. The chapter describes how, before salvation, we were dead in our sins and we were objects of the wrath of God, but now, in Christ, we are saved by grace through faith. Romans 3:23-24: "For all have sinned and deprived are of the glory of God; being justified free of charge by His grace, by redemption in Christ Jesus." This verse shows that all have sinned and need God's grace to be justified. This is related to the theme of salvation by grace in Ephesians 2.
