Deuteronomy 2:19 - "And you have not contained with them, nor with Moab; you did not fight them, there was nor battle." Moses reminds the Israelites that they should not fight the Moabites, for God gave them that earth as inheritance. Deuteronomy 2:37 - "Only with the land of the children of Ammon you have not arrived, neither to the entire Ribeira Jaboque, nor to the cities in the mountain, nor anywhere the Lord our God has forbidden."
