Wisdom of Solomon, 6

22. As for wisdom, what she is, and how she came up, I will tell you, and will not hide mysteries from you: but will seek her out from the beginning of her nativity, and bring the knowledge of her into light, and will not pass over the truth.

Ecclesiastes 2:26: "For whom He [God] pleases, He gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness; but to sinners he gives the work of gathering and hudding, in order to give to those who please him. This is also vanity and running behind the wind. " This verse highlights the idea that wisdom is a gift from God to those who please him, while material wealth is seen as a meaningless vanity.
