Revelation 18 talks about the fall of the great city, Babylon, which is seen as a symbolic figure of the world system of power and corruption. Isaiah 48:20: "Get out of Babylon! Flute from the Babylonians! Advertise this with shouts of joy, and proclaim it. Send it to the ends of the earth; say, 'The Lord rescued his servant Jacob!'" This verse It is a call for people to leave the city of Babylon before it is destroyed.
