Jeremiah, 45

5. And seekest thou great things for thyself? seek [them] not: for, behold, I will bring evil upon all flesh, saith the LORD: but thy life will I give unto thee for a prey in all places whither thou goest.

Jeremiah 45 contains a message directed to Baruque, the scribe of Jeremiah, amid the crisis and suffering that the people of Judah was facing. Romans 8:28: "And we know that all things contribute together to the good of those who love God, those who are called according to their purpose." This verse expresses the confidence that God is able to work all things for the good of those who love and trust Him, even in the midst of difficulties and afflictions.
