Jeremiah, 4

22. For my people [is] foolish, they have not known me; they [are] sottish children, and they have none understanding: they [are] wise to do evil, but to do good they have no knowledge.

Isaiah 55:6-7: "Seek the Lord as long as one can find, invoke him while he is near. " This verse encourages people to seek God as long as there is time, abandoning their sinful ways and turning to the Lord, who is abundant in forgiving.
