Exodus, 4

9. And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour [it] upon the dry [land]: and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry [land].

Chapter 4 of Exodus narrates the continuation of the conversation between God and Moses, after being called to free the people of Israel from slavery in Egypt. Psalm 77:14: "You are the God who made wonders; you made your strength known among the peoples." Isaiah 42:8: "I am the Lord; this is my name; my glory, for another I will not give, nor my praise to the images of sculpture."
