1 Kings 21 tells the story of Nabote, a man who had a vineyard desired by King Ahab. When Nabote refused to sell his property, Ahab's wife, Jezebel, conspired to be condemned to death by blasphemy. " This passage relates to Ahab's greed and the way he used his power to take Naboth's vineyard.
Matthew 6:19-21: "Do not accumulate for you treasures on the earth, where the moth and rust destroy, and where the thieves break and steal.
