Leviticus, 27

33. A man shall not inquire whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it; and if he exchanges it, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed."

Numbers 30:2: "When someone makes a vow to the Lord or solemnly swear, they cannot violate His Word, but you will have to fulfill everything you said." This verse refers to the fulfillment of the vows made to the Lord, according to what was established in Leviticus 27.

Deuteronomy 23:21: "If you make a vow to the Lord, your God, you will be soon to fulfill Him, for the Lord thy God will surely ask you accounts, and sin there will be in you."
