6. Then the priests brought the ark of the covenant of the LORD to its place, in the inner sanctuary of the house, in the most holy place, underneath the wings of the cherubim.

John 2:19-21: "Jesus answered, and said unto them, Detrine this temple, and in three days I will lift him. The Jews said, in forty-six years, this temple was built, and thou shalt get him up in three Days? But he spoke of the temple of his body. " This verse is a reference to the body of Jesus as the new temple, emphasizing the importance of faith in Christ as the way to salvation.
