Revelation, 21

8. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, they shall have their portion in the pool burning with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.

Chapter 21 of the book of Revelation talks about the New Jerusalem, the Holy City of God that descends from heaven. 2 Peter 3:13: "But according to his promise, we expect new heavens and new earth, in which justice dwells."
