11. Therefore, having knowledge of the fear of the Lord, we appeal to men, but we are made manifest before God. Yet I hope, too, that we may be made manifest in your consciences.

Chapter 5 of 2 Corinthians talks about the Christian perspective of death and eternal life. 2 Corinthians 5:20: "So that we are ambassadors of Christ, as if God prayed for us. This verse talks about our responsibility as Christ ambassadors, to share the message of reconciliation with God with those around us.
