1. O Senhor disse a Moisés:
1. And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:
2. “Os israelitas acamparão cada um perto de sua bandeira, sob as insígnias de suas casas patriarcais; acamparão em volta e defronte da tenda de reunião.
2. All the children of Israel shall camp by their troops, ensigns, and standards, and the houses of their kindreds, round about the tabernacle of the covenant.
3. Ao oriente, Judá assentará as suas tendas com sua bandeira e suas tropas. O príncipe dos filhos de Judá é Naasson, filho de Abinadab;
3. On the east Juda shall pitch his tents by the bands of his army: and the prince of his sons shall be Nahasson the son of Aminadab.
4. e a divisão do seu exército, segundo o recenseamento, é de setenta e quatro mil e seiscentos homens.
4. And the whole sum of the fighting men of his stock, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.
5. Junto dele acampará a tribo de Issacar. O príncipe dos filhos de Issacar é Natanael, filho de Suar;
5. Next unto him they of the tribe of Issachar encamped, whose prince was Nathanael, the son of Suar.
6. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de cinquenta e quatro mil e quatrocentos homens.
6. And the whole number of his fighting men were fifty-four thousand four hundred.
7. Em seguida, a tribo de Zabulon. O príncipe dos filhos de Zabulon é Eliab, filho de Helon,
7. In the tribe of Zabulon the prince was Eliab the son of Helon.
8. e sua divisão é, segundo o recenseamento, de cinquenta e sete mil e quatrocentos homens.
8. And all the army of fighting men of his stock, were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.
9. O total para o acampamento de Judá, segundo o recenseamento, se eleva a cento e oitenta e seis mil e quatrocentos homens, segundo suas divisões. São estes os primeiros que se porão em marcha.
9. All that were numbered in the camp of Juda, were a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred: and they by their troops shall march first.
10. Para o lado do meio-dia estará a bandeira do acampamento de Rúben, com suas divisões; o príncipe dos rubenitas é Elisur, filho de Sedeur,
10. In the camp of the sons of Ruben, on the south side, the prince shall be Elisur the son of Sedeur:
11. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de quarenta e seis mil e quinhentos homens.
11. And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-six thousand five hundred.
12. Junto dele acampará a tribo de Simeão; o príncipe dos simeonitas é Salamiel, filho de Surisadai,
12. Beside him camped they of the tribe of Simeon: whose prince was Salamiel the son of Surisaddai.
13. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de cinquenta e nove mil e trezentos homens.
13. And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.
14. Em seguida, a tribo de Gad; o príncipe dos gaditas é Eliasaf, filho de Reuel,
14. In the tribe of Gad the prince was Eliasaph the son of Duel.
15. e sua divisão é, segundo o recenseamento, de quarenta e cinco mil seiscentos e cinquenta homens.
15. And the whole army of his fighting men that were numbered, were forty- five thousand six hundred and fifty.
16. O total dos homens recenseados para o acampamento de Rúben se eleva a cento e cinquenta e um mil quatrocentos e cinquenta homens, segundo suas divisões. Esses serão os segundos a se porem em marcha.
16. All that were reckoned up in the camp of Ruben, were a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty, by their troops: they shall march in the second place.
17. Em seguida, partirá a tenda de reunião com o acampamento dos levitas, no meio dos outros acampamentos. Eles marcharão na ordem em que tiverem acampado, cada um no seu lugar, segundo a sua bandeira.
17. And the tabernacle of the testimony shall be carried by the officers of the Levites and their troops. As it shall be set up, so shall it be taken down. Every one shall march according to their places, and ranks.
18. Para o lado do ocidente estará a bandeira de Efraim com suas divisões; o príncipe dos efraimitas é Elisama, filho de Amiud,
18. On the west side shall be the camp of the sons of Ephraim, whose prince was Elisama, the son of Ammiud.
19. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de quarenta mil e quinhentos homens.
19. The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty thousand five hundred.
20. Junto dele acampará a tribo de Manassés; o príncipe dos filhos de Manassés é Gamaliel, filho de Fadassur,
20. And with them the tribe of the sons of Manasses, whose prince was Gamaliel the son of Phadassur.
21. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de trinta e dois mil e duzentos homens.
21. And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.
22. Em seguida, a tribo de Benjamim; o príncipe dos filhos de Benjamim é Abidã, filho de Gedeão,
22. In the tribe of the sons of Benjamin the prince was Abidan the son of Gedeon.
23. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de trinta e cinco mil e quatrocentos homens.
23. And the whole army of his fighting men, that were reckoned up, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.
24. O total dos homens recenseados para o acampamento de Efraim é de cento e oito mil e cem homens, segundo suas divisões. Serão os terceiros a partir.
24. All that were numbered in the camp of Ephraim, were a hundred and eight thousand one hundred by their troops: they shall march in the third place.
25. Ao norte se encontrará a bandeira do acampamento de Dã com suas divisões; o príncipe dos danitas é Aiezer, filho de Amisadai,
25. On the north side camped the sons of Dan: whose prince was Ahiezar the son of Ammisaddai.
26. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de sessenta e dois mil e setecentos homens.
26. The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.
27. Junto dele acampará a tribo de Aser; o príncipe dos filhos de Aser é Fegiel, filho de Ocrã,
27. Beside him they of the tribe of Aser pitched their tents: whose prince was Phegiel the son of Ochran.
28. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de quarenta e um mil e quinhentos homens.
28. The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-one thousand five hundred.
29. Em seguida, a tribo de Neftali; o príncipe dos neftalitas é Aíra, filho de Enã,
29. Of the tribe of the sons of Nephtali the prince was Ahira the son of Enan.
30. e sua divisão, segundo o recenseamento, é de cinquenta e tres mil e quatrocentos homens.
30. The whole army of his fighting men, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.
31. O total para o acampamento de Dã, segundo o recenseamento, se eleva a cento e cinquenta e sete mil e seiscentos homens. Esses se porão em marcha em último lugar, segundo suas bandeiras”.
31. All that were numbered in the camp of Dan, were a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred: and they shall march last.
32. Esses são os israelitas recenseados segundo suas casas patriarcais. O total de todos os homens recenseados, repartidos em diversos acampamentos, segundo suas divisões, é de seiscentos e tres mil quinhentos e cinquenta homens.
32. This is the number of the children of Israel, of their army divided according to the houses of their kindreds and their troops, six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.
33. Os levitas não foram contados no recenseamento com os israelitas, segundo a ordem que o Senhor tinha dado a Moisés.
33. And the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel: for so the Lord had commanded Moses.
34. Os israelitas fizeram tudo o que o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés. Acamparam segundo suas bandeiras, e puseram-se em marcha cada um segundo a sua família e conforme a sua casa patriarcal.
34. And the children of Israel did according to all things that the Lord had commanded. They camped by their troops, and marched by the families and houses of their fathers.
