Judith, 11

8. Indeed, we have heard of your wisdom and sagacity, and all the world is aware that throughout the kingdom you alone are competent, rich in experience, and distinguished in military strategy.

Judite 11 tells the story of when Judite presents himself before Holofernes, the Assyrian army commander, and persuades him to allow her to go at night to seek groceries for her people.
