2 Kings, 18

14. And Hezeki'ah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria at Lachish, saying, "I have done wrong; withdraw from me; whatever you impose on me I will bear." And the king of Assyria required of Hezeki'ah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

Chapter 18 of 2 kings tells the story of Hezekiah, king of Judah, and his struggle against Senaqueribe, king of Assyria. Hezekiah leads religious reforms in Judah and refuses to submit to Senaqueribe's demands. This verse shows divine intervention in the battle between Judah and Assyria, which resulted in a great victory for Hezekiah and his army.
