Zechariah, 11

17. Woe to the idol shepherd that leaveth the flock! the sword [shall be] upon his arm, and upon his right eye: his arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.

Zechariah 11 is a chapter that deals with the destruction of Israel and the rejection of the Messiah by the Jews. Jeremiah 23:1: "Woe to the shepherds who destroy and disperse the sheep of my pasture, says the Lord." This verse talks about the pastors' neglect to take care of God's flock, which is similar to the situation described in Zechariah 11.
