Nehemiah, 12

37. And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward.

Nehemiah chapter 12 tells the dedication of the walls of Jerusalem after its reconstruction. 2 Chronicles 7:6: "And the priests were in their posts, as well as the Levites with the Lord's musical instruments, which King David had done to give thanks to the Lord, because his mercy lasts forever, when David praised for Half; And the priests touched trumpets before them; and all Israel was standing.
