Luke, 9

26. For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and [in his] Father's, and of the holy angels.

Chapter 9 of St. Luke begins with Jesus by sending his twelve disciples to preach the Kingdom of God and to perform healing and miracles in his name. John 14:6 - "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father but for me.'" This verse is similar to the teaching of Jesus in Luke 9:50, where he says to his disciples, "He who is not against us is for us."
