Jeremiah, 49

37. For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies, and before them that seek their life: and I will bring evil upon them, [even] my fierce anger, saith the LORD; and I will send the sword after them, till I have consumed them:

Ezekiel 35:5: "Because you showed an eternal enmity and handed over the Israelites to the wire of the sword in the time of the final calamity, at the time of your final iniquity." This verse talks about the hostility that Edom showed to Israel, which will lead the nation to receive God's wrath in Jeremiah 49.
