Isaiah, 65

7. Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

Isaiah 65 talks about the difference between those who seek God and those who move away from Him. 2 Peter 3:13: "But we, according to his promise, expect new heavens and new earth, in which justice dwells." This verse reinforces Christian hope in total restoration and justice that will prevail in new creation, as promised by God.
