Ezra, 10

13. But the people [are] many, and [it is] a time of much rain, and we are not able to stand without, neither [is this] a work of one day or two: for we are many that have transgressed in this thing.

Chapter 10 of Ezra talks about the restoration of the covenant of God with the people of Israel, after the discovery that many of the Jewish leaders had married foreign women, which was prohibited by God's law. This verse talks about the importance of marrying people who share the same faith and values, which is related to the theme of Ezra 10, as Jewish leaders were exhorted to divorce from foreign women and seek reconciliation with God.
