Exodus, 39

40. The hanging in the entry of the court, and the little cords, and the pins thereof. Nothing was wanting of the vessels, that were commanded to be made for the ministry of the tabernacle, and for the roof of the covenant.

Chapter 39 of Exodus details the preparation of priestly garments for the tabernacle service. Hebrews 4:14 - "Therefore, since we have a great high priest who entered the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, we cling to all the firmness to the faith we profess, having a great priest over God's house." This verse refers to Jesus as a high priest, which is superior to any other priest.

Revelation 1:6 - "And he constituted us kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father, to him be glory and power forever and ever! Amen." This verse talks about the role of Christians as priests of God, serving him in his kingdom.

Colossians 3:12 - "Therefore, as a chosen people of God, holy and beloved, they revised of deep compassion, goodness, humility, meekness and patience." This verse talks about the importance of Christians to dress with the virtues of God's character, as well as the Old Testament priests dressed in their sacred robes.
