Jeremiah, 51

44. And I will visit against Bel in Babylon, and I will cast from his mouth what he has swallowed. And the nations will no longer flow together before him. For even the wall of Babylon will also fall.

Jeremiah 50:46: "Listen to the cry of Babylon; the sound of great destruction comes from the land of the Chaldeans." This verse speaks of the imminent destruction of Babylon and the cry that will be heard throughout the earth.
