Jeremiah, 13

10. This most wicked people, they are not willing to listen to my words, for they walk in the depravity of their own heart, and they have gone after strange gods, so as to serve them and to adore them. And so, they will become like this waistcloth, which is not fit for any use.

Hosea 10:12: "Semeai to you in righteousness, I ran according to mercy; WASTING THE FIELD FIELD; For it is time to seek the Lord until it comes and raining justice upon you." This verse speaks of the importance of seeking God's righteousness and mercy rather than trusting in our own strengths and resources.

Romans 6:23: "For the salary of sin is death, but God's free gift is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." This verse speaks of the consequences of sin and the offer of eternal life that God gives through Jesus Christ.
