1 Samuel, 3

21. And the Lord continued to appear in Shiloh. For the Lord had revealed himself to Samuel at Shiloh, according to the word of the Lord. And the word about Samuel went forth to all of Israel.

1 Samuel 3 narrates Samuel's call to be a prophet of God. God spoke to Samuel for the first time when he was still a child serving in the temple of God. The chapter shows the importance of listening to the voice of God and obeying it. Here are five verses related to topics covered in this chapter:
