Galatians 2 deals with the conflict between Paul and the Judaizers who taught that the Gentiles needed to follow the Mosaic law to be saved. Colossians 2:16-17: "Therefore, no one judges you for eating, or drinking, or because of the days of feast, or the new moon, or the Saturdays, which are shadows of things that will come; but the body It is from Christ. " This verse emphasizes that the practices of the Mosaic Law, such as the days of feast and the Saturdays, were shadows of what was to come in Christ and were no longer necessary for salvation.
