Deuteronomy 3 reports the conquest of the Israelites over King Ogue and his armies, and the division of land between the tribes of Rúben, Gad and half of the tribe of Manasseh. The chosen verses are:
Joshua 12:4-5: "And they took the land of ogue, king of Bashan, who was the last of the refains, whose bed was iron, and was in rabba of the sons of Ammon, and was nine cubits in length and Four wide, according to a man's cubit. " This verse mentions King Ogue, the city of Rabá, and the description of the Ogue's bed, which is mentioned in Deuteronomy 3:11.
Deuteronomy 2:33: "And we began to take them from Aroer, which is by the Ribeiro de Arnom, and from the city that is by the Ribeiro, to Gilead, and no city was too high for us; all the Lord our God not delivered them. " This verse refers to the conquest of cities and lands by the tribes of Israel, a central theme in Deuteronomy 3.
Numbers 32:33: "Thus Moses gave the sons of Gade, and the sons of Ruben, and at the half tribe of Manasseh, son of Joseph, the kingdom of Siom, king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of ogue, king of Bashan, the earth with its cities, in its limits around. Deuteronomy 3:18: "And I have given you order at that time, saying, The Lord your God has given you this earth by inheritance; armed, shall you pass before your brothers, the children of Israel, all brave men." Joshua 13:14: "But to the children of Levi gave no inheritance; the sacrifices of the Lord God of Israel are his inheritance, as He had told them."
